We are staying with Josh's family for a little bit while Josh looks for a job and housing. We are so happy to be a part of this sweet little family. They are the type of people who have an impromptu nerf gun war on Saturday morning and will drop everything to help someone.
We've enjoyed walking with their 2 dogs on a nearby trail, making Christmas gifts, visiting the local library for story time, and peppermint tea in the evenings with an occasional game or two. My kids just adore Aidan and Chloe.
It's been such fun discovering our surroundings with people who can give us insight on what's good and where to find things. There is even a Chickfila, which makes the Southern part of me rejoice. :)
