We woke up this morning to see a blanket of white on the ground! It was a nice surprise. I didn't think it really would until later today, but it has been snowing non-stop all day! Annie enjoyed looking outside at the snow falling.

After breakfast we went outside to play. Annie didn't really like the cold snow very much, and refused to walk in it.

She liked playing with a stick to hit the snow, since her fingers didn't have to touch it. :) After we went inside the first thing she said was, "books?". She was glad to be inside and warm. I'll have to teach her the art of building a snowman later looks like. :)

That is so cute when a child experiences snow for the first time.
