In Case You Wondered...
We haven't fallen off the face of the planet. :) We've had a terrific time on our honeymoon, with some funny stories I'll share later. hehe
Oh! We did get married. ;) It all turned out so nice! I'll post some pictures once I get them. :) Nothing went wrong except we nixed the receiving line because we came to the reception a little late from pictures. I didn't faint either! Josh looked so handsome in his tux - and converse. ;) We left the place man and wife.
This picture is of Josh astride a rotating gun on the carrier USS Lexington. That was spectacular. It was a carrier used in WWII, hit by a kamikaze Japanese plane, and turned into a museum. Here are a few more pics from this experience...
the boat, except a tourist got in the way of the view
this is Josh to scale with the carrier j/k
My handsome husband looking out over the water from the Lexington.
The "control tower" place. I don't remember the name of it, but Josh would. :)
Below deck at the Barber's. Figured it was as good a time as any to give a trim.
The "Female Berth". The sign says that men are not allowed unless accompanied by a woman - and she must yell "man aboard!" in warning to the other ladies. hehe
